Born in Jackson, MS and raised in Charlotte, NC, I moved to Nashville, TN on an uncharacteristic whim in 2003. I fell in love with the creative and friendly people of Music City and put down roots with my wife Tyne, our daughters Remy and Glory, and our retired racing greyhound Belly.

In my professional life, I’m a Senior Producer & Operations Leader with 15+ years of experience delivering high impact video, branding, and digital projects across agency, startup, and tech environments. I bring a rare blend of creative instincts and operational rigor - helping teams do their best work while building processes that clarify and deliver results.

Most recently, I served at Massive Mission, where I joined as Senior Media Producer and later stepped into the role of Director of Operations. In these roles, I partnered closely with agencies, brands, and nonprofits to bring complex visual ideas to life - overseeing creative production while strengthening processes, timelines, and cross-functional collaboration. My focus has always been on solving problems, earning client trust, and enabling creative teams to deliver dynamic content efficiently and transparently.

Previously, I worked in web technology at Southern Made and branding and marketing at Fresh Creative Studios as a Senior Project Manager, collaborating with internal creative teams and globally recognized brands to build websites, brand stories, and visual identities from the ground up.

Earlier in my career, I spent eight years at StudioNow as a Senior Producer, helping grow Fortune 500 accounts and supporting teams delivering 300+ video projects annually, contributing to more than 50% year over year revenue growth. Clients included Procter & Gamble, The Home Depot, PwC, Merrill Lynch, FedEx, L’Oréal, Kraft Heinz, Bridgestone, Quicken, Hilton, and The Wall Street Journal.

From 1998 to 2008, I chased a full-time career in alternative music which lead to touring the US playing to a devoted fan base. Having sold over 100,000+ records and over a million+ streams annually across 4 albums, 5 EPs, and 6 record labels - my music has been featured in major motion pictures and on television networks such as CBS, MTV, and VH1. I continue to write, record, and perform music in my free time - and am currently an active artist on Equal Vision Records, Wiretap Records, and Mind Over Matter Records. That creative foundation continues to shape how I lead teams, collaborate, and approach storytelling.

I’m now exploring Senior Producer, Operations, and Creative Operations leadership roles where I can help organizations build great work through strong leadership and thoughtful execution.

I am a 2009 graduate of the School of Audio Engineering and a 2001 graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
