Great creative work doesn’t happen by accident. It takes the right people, processes, and production structure to turn ambitious ideas into work that actually resonates.

That’s where I come in.

I’m a Nashville-based Creative Operations & Production Leader who helps creative teams bring complex projects to life with greater clarity, efficiency, and confidence. I enjoy working where creative ambition and operational discipline meet. I love connecting people, processes, and production so teams can focus on doing their best work.

Most recently, I spent nearly four years at Massive Mission, joining as a Senior Media Producer before stepping into Director of Operations. I led creative production while helping build the operational structure behind the work, partnering with clients and creative teams to manage scope, timelines, resources, and budgets. My job was often to bring clarity to complexity, solving problems before they became bigger problems, and making sure the systems were aligned to keep good work moving.

Before that, I worked across web technology and branding at Southern Made and Fresh Creative Studios as a Senior Project Manager, partnering with designers, developers, and clients to bring websites, brand identities, and physical and digital experiences from concept to launch.

Earlier, I spent eight years at StudioNow as a Senior Producer, helping grow Fortune 500 accounts and supporting teams delivering more than 300 video projects annually. I worked with brands including Procter & Gamble, The Home Depot, PwC, Merrill Lynch, FedEx, L’Oréal, Kraft Heinz, Bridgestone, Quicken, Hilton, and The Wall Street Journal, contributing to more than 50% year-over-year revenue growth.

Long before production became my profession, music was my creative education.

From 1998 to 2008, I pursued a full-time career as a touring musician, releasing four albums and five EPs across six record labels and playing throughout the U.S. That experience taught me many of the same things I rely on as a leader today: how to collaborate, communicate, adapt quickly, work within constraints, and bring a group of people together around a shared creative goal.

It also taught me something I’ve carried throughout my career: the best work happens when talented people have the clarity, trust, and structure to do what they do best. That belief is at the core of how I lead.

Outside of work, I’m a husband, father, musician, and longtime Nashville resident. I moved here in 2003 by way of Mississippi and North Carolina and have been fortunate to build a life and career around the creative community that originally brought me to Music City.

If you’re building a creative team, scaling a production operation, or trying to bring more clarity to complex work, I’d love to connect.
